Conducting Youth Friendly Program in 14 public libraries by refurbishing them, equipping and establishing internet café in all of them. The libraries are located in Mekelle (2) Adigrat (2) Alamata, Korem, Maichew, Quiha, Abiyi Adi, Wukuro, Adwa , Axum , Shire and Humera. This project is financed by HAPCO.
