Tigrai Development Association (TDA) has launched a new project as a subcontractor of World Learning Ethiopia, which is the main contractor of USAID, to assist 2,000 orphans and vulnerable children (OVC) in 20 primary schools of the Tigrai Regional State. The project is called School Community Partnership Serving Orphans (SCOPSO). This is one of the manifestations of the strong partnership that has been built between TDA and USAID in the last 15 years.
