Two Schools Constructed by TDA Branches and Wereda Inaugurated and Begun Rendering Services

The schools which are constructed in Adi Daero town and Tsaeda Ambora villages of Lailai Adiabo wereda of North Western Tigrai by TDA branch of Awassa and TDA Dallas /North America/ respectively were inaugurated accompanied by colorful ceremony held on 20 Hidar, 2002 E.C (30 November, 2009/.

The Newly constructed schools are reported of consisting totally 12 class rooms. of these eight additional class rooms belong to the existing Adi-Daero High school and four class room staff and toilets are constructed at Tsaeda Ambora village. In addition a primary school having all necessary school facilities has been constructed.

The entire community students , parents, and teachers, expressed their happiness in different slogan, songs and cultural dances.

They also congratulated and Thanked members and supporters of TDA Awassa and TDA Dallas branches.

Ato Tekeste Hagos, chairman of TDA Awassa branch on the occasion expressed his happiness in that the school block is constructed according to their interest and desire. He also promised to provide computers to enable 10th and 12th grade students competent with other students.

The total cost for the construction of these schools is over 916,370.00 of which TDA Awassa and TDA Dallas each contributed 280,000.00 and the people and wereda administration of Lailai Adiabo contributed over 356,370.00.
